Derby Outfit Round-Up

Kentucky Derby Outfit Round-Up 2019

Dress for success at this year's Run for the Roses! Whether attending the infamous Louisville affair or checking out a local Derby party, you want to show off your best race day fashion. Hurry up! You only have two weeks left to get your  Derby duds. From dresses to hats to shoes to jewelry for every price range and every style- Here is your outfit round-up for the best two minutes in sports:

Dresses:
-Go for seersucker, lace, or any fabric you like. The important thing is to think about where you are sitting. Are you in the infield? If so, you can go for a more casual look and you'll want to keep in mind that the ground could be muddy. Sitting in the grandstand? You should go for a more formal look. Keep the weather in mind either way. Thinking about prints? Truly anything goes, as this is one of the most fashionable events of the season. As it is called the Run for the Roses, red roses are always a good choice.

Hats:
-Both hats and fascinators are a must at Derby. Again, think about the weather and remember that it could be windy. I always secure fascinators with bobby pins to be safe.
And girl, the bigger the better when it comes to head gear at Churchill.
