About Z

As an English teacher, I talk all day about writing with passion. But to teach, you have to DO. I created Z so that I can write about the fun topics that interest me, as well as keep my family and friends updated on my year as Mrs. Indiana 2016. I like to write about colorful, silly, and sparkly life things. I like to show readers a glimpse into my life. I like to share funny stories and big moments. "Z" is me, Zarah Skelton. I am a wife, a Boilermaker graduate, a mom to two Chocolate Labs, a momma's girl, a high school English and Journalism teacher, a cheerleading coach, a runner, a proud pageant lover. I am located in West Lafayette, Indiana.
