Holiday Gift Guide {Brilliant Beauty Products}

I can't believe it is November already! The trees had gorgeous red and orange leaves for two seconds and now they are already all over our yard. That bums me out a little bit because of how much I love autumn- Football games, tailgating, no-coat weather, and the sun staying out longer each day. But the idea that Christmas is close makes me happy. The holiday rush of decorating the house, putting up the tree, and checking items off our Christmas shopping lists is almost upon us. I'm here to help with the gift part- We all have a makeup and skincare-loving friend in our lives so these worthwhile beauty product items are perfect for stuffing that person's stocking this Christmas:

1. Hand Cream
If you open my purse, classroom desk drawer, cheer backpack, or bathroom cabinets, you’ll always find hand creams. My hands get SO dry in the fall and winter months, so I try to have lotion on me everywhere I go. There is nothing worse than that dry, itchy, cracked feeling. I’m obsessed with Crabtree and Evelyn's awesome-smelling hand lotions- The Hand's Delight Hand Therapy Trio gift set ($27) contains three different hand creams to deeply moisturize dry, winter hands. Plus, it comes in a cutie box and makes a perfect gift 🎁 Use promo code MASHUP20 for 20% off + free shipping on your entire Crabtree & Evelyn purchase!
Sweater: J. Crew

2. Blow Dry Spray
I’m known for pressing the snooze button once or twice (or five times 🤷‍♀️) in the mornings, meaning I often have to get ready for work in hurry. I’m living for Sexy Hair Hot Sexy Hair Flash Me Quickly Blow Dry Spray ($18.95) lately because it helps me dry my hair faster. The Flash Me spray helps me achieve up to a 50% quicker drying time without sacrificing healthy, luscious locks. My hair takes roughly 12.5 years to dry so this helps save me precious morning minutes. Plus, it protects strands up to 450°F and adds style memory! Get some for yourself using my code SEXYHAIRFLASHME and get 15% off! Hurry scurry, discount only lasts for a limited time.

3. Eye Cream
I have dealt with under eye circles my whole life. I doesn't matter if I get enough sleep- Mine are hereditary and they are one of the things I get most self-conscious about. I try any and all eye creams and concealers I can get my hands on to try to cover them up, but sadly most products don't seem to work for me. I recently found something that actually works! Hallelujah! I now don't leave my house without using Ole Henricksen Banana Bright Eye Creme. It is a light creme that I place under my eyes (a very small amount goes a long way) before using concealer. I let it dry a bit then I use my concealer on top of the creme. This stuff is magical. While it doesn't make my blue circles disappear completely of course, it does lighten the area significantly. Plus, my concealer goes on smoother, too. The creme "brightens and instantly targets fine lines and wrinkles, delivering age-defying results. Collagen-boosted, it firms and deeply hydrates even as it feels deliciously lightweight making this your go to Vitamin C eye cream that promises to help revive and illuminate the entire eye area over time". I will never go without this stuff ($38) again. Ole Henriksen Truth Serum is part of my daily routine, also.

4. Concealer
I have written about this concealer before, but it is just that good so I'm chatting about it again. NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer is the best I have ever used. Generally, I do not use foundation. I apply concealer (after the Ole Henriksen eye creme) and I blend it into a triangle shape so it creeps down onto my cheeks a little bit for a smooth fade out. I apply NARS concealer in shade Custard ($30) using a beauty blender, dry. It gives great coverage and brightens my under eye area, which like I said can use all the help it can get. It doesn't crease and lasts all day- Seriously, even my days when I get to school at 7:30 AM and don't leave until after a football or basketball game at 10 PM. Give this a try and you will be happy you did.
